Effective March 1, 2023, the new Technical Standards & Safety Authority (TSSA) Compliance Standard holds Ontario elevator and escalator owners more responsible for their devices. The responsibilities include items such as “to ensure that the MCP logbook is onsite with each piece of equipment and is up to date”.
