Project Details
Geared to gearless machine modernization of 3 service elevators. Increasing passenger car cab frame and interior (approx. 3’-0” deeper) and capacity increase (3500 lbs. to 5000 lbs.) in existing hoistway, including geared to gearless machine conversion. Upgrading divider beams and related shaft components to current-code seismic requirements.
