What does GuPPI stand for and what is it?
GuPPI stands for GUNN Project Portal Interface. It is an online platform that provides clients with easy access to callback data for elevator and escalator maintenance and provides analysis and reporting on portfolio performance. It also includes project data, including outstanding tasks, financial details, relevant reports, and documentation.
Why did you create the GuPPI, and how does it benefit clients?
At GUNN, we are always seeking ways to provide solutions and enhance communication, collaboration and efficiency with clients.
Our primary goal in creating the GuPPI is to provide real-time information on elevator and escalator portfolios, as well as information on project status, milestones, and deadlines.
It allows property managers and building owners to keep track of all maintenance data and key performance indicators and details from all their vertical transportation maintenance contractors.
The GuPPI allows clients to stay informed without the urge to chase updates. Additional features such as file sharing, budget management, and task tracking are also available to manage project timelines and budgets.
Who is GuPPI for?
It is a must have for property managers and building owners who manage the elevator and escalator portfolio. We also recommend the GuPPI for project decision-makers and project managers, who can use it to oversee project progress, timelines, budgets and deliverables. It’s also an essential tool for reviewing, approving, and providing feedback on project elements.
How do clients set up a GuPPI account?
Our staff will invite clients to set up a GuPPI account as part of the project opening. Alternatively, clients can request account setup by emailing guppi@gunnconsultants.com.
