How did you arrive at GUNN? What path brought you here?
I originally completed a Co-op term at GUNN while in university. After I graduated, I worked in consulting as a water resource engineer for two years. I made the move back to GUNN in 2022 because I missed the fast-paced and people aspect of the industry and I have not looked back since!
What are you most passionate about professionally? What excites you about your work & the contribution you can make?
My passion lies in working with clients, contractors and consultants as a team to deliver the best results possible. I enjoy building strong relationships with people and learning from people from diverse knowledge backgrounds.
Where did you grow up and why aren’t you there now?
I was born in Shanghai, China and moved to Vancouver when I was nine-years old. My parents moved here to give my sister and I a better learning environment and opportunities.

Johnson has been with GUNN since 2022. In 2017 he completed his co-op from University of British Columbia with GUNN. He is a registered Professional Engineer. Johnson is a Project Manager and works across GUNN's Inspection, Modernization and New Construction teams.
