What’s the one problem you are best at solving for your clients?

Effective communication! I believe that clear and honest communication is the key to overcoming even the most difficult obstacles. It has the power to rebuild trust, resolve conflicts, and transform challenges into opportunities. By fostering open dialogue and a collaborative environment, I help clients move forward with confidence and create lasting, meaningful solutions.

Who have you worked with in the past? And what have you done for them?

I’ve had the opportunity to kick-start my career in the elevator industry by working with two of the industry’s giants—OTIS and Schindler Elevators. I contributed as a New Installation Project Manager with OTIS, where I gained extensive experience in managing large-scale projects from start to finish. Later, I transitioned into the role of Field Supervisor with Schindler, where I led field mechanics, oversaw maintenance and repairs.

Do you have a pet? If so, tell me about it.

I have a pet cat named Autumn, and she’s been with me for about five years. She’s quite the adventurer and has moved with me from Edmonton to Toronto, and now to Vancouver. Autumn is my loyal flight companion, always by my side on the journey. She’s not just a pet—she’s my travel buddy, making each move feel a little more like home.
